Election of the officers of the AF Board
The Board passed a resolution at its last meeting to hold a special Alliance membership meeting for the election of the officers of the Board of the Alliance: President, Vice President and Secretary.
Candidates amongst the membership will be nominated, considered and voted on at the meeting. We encourage you to attend and register on the Registration link on the side!
Ginger Kuhn, one of our new Board members, has graciously agreed to let us use her home for this event. It will be a potluck with appetizers/finger food. Please bring a dish to share with others. The Alliance will provide soft drinks, water and wine.
If you cannot attend, you can fill out and return a proxy form with which you can designate another Alliance Francaise member who will be attending the meeting and vote as your proxy. Please click on the link below to open the proxy document, that you can then print, save and fill in.
The proxy form must be returned by 6pm on July 5th. to Ms Sylvie Linneman by regular mail or by e-mail (3805 Gardner Ave, Cincinnati, OH, 45236. e-mail address stated on proxy form).
