Daubigny – Van Gogh – Monet Landscapes – River Talk

By Dr. Kevin Robbins who teaches modern French cultural history at Indiana University, Indianapolis. He will be talking about France and the leisure class in the 19th century. The topic is Moving Pictures: Suburban Leisure Travel, River Traffic, and Cults of Landscape in Modern France.

The lecture is free to Alliance members and students. Alliance members should call (513) 684-4516 to reserve a seat. They may also visit the exhibition, but they must have timed tickets so again they should call to reserve a ticket as they likely will not be available on the day of the lecture.
