Daubigny – Van Gogh – Monet Landscapes – Private tour and Seaside Talk

The Taft Museum is organizing a free private tour of their current exhibit to the Alliance Française members.
RSVP is required, for the following activities:
Private Tour – NOON
Lunch in Cafe – 1pm
Lecture – 2pm

We will meet for the tour at noon, then have lunch followed by the lecture at 2pm, by Dr. Kevin Robbins who teaches modern French cultural history at Indiana University, Indianapolis. He will be talking about France and the leisure class in the 19th century. The topic is Imaging the Modern French Seaside: Entrepreneurial Resorts and Pictures of the Respectable Modern Vacation.

The tour and lecture are free to Alliance members and students.
