[SOLD-OUT] - Beaujolais Nouveau 2023

Le Beaujolais Nouveau is a French tradition, easy to remember since it is always the Thursday before Thanksgiving. Kind of preseason for Holidays. The tasting will focus on wines from the Beaujolais region. As part of the tasting, you'll have a chance to taste Beaujolais Nouveaux (from this years' harvest), and "regular" Beaujolais wines. A wine expert - who specializes in French wines and is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable - will present the wines, and the specificities of the vineyard of Beaujolais. Wine lovers, this is your day!

We will have 4 Beaujolais Nouveau tastings---3 red and 1 rose---and 2 traditional, older Beaujolais . . . and one surprise from last year!

A full buffet will be available and includes delicious creole specialities:

• Pork Rillettes
• Smoked Gouda and Pimento spread
• Andouille Sausage and Chicken Jambalaya*
• Bananas Foster Bread Pudding

*Vegetarian option available upon request. Please specify when purchasing ticket.

The wine tasting and dinner will take place in a large, private room at BrewRiver Creole Kitchen, located on Eastern Ave.  Deadline to RSVP is November 14.
