Join us for a finger-licking cooking class with chef Anne Fribourg, owner of Simply French Cuisine.
Anne has concocted a special menu for us:
- Poulet Normand, with Calvados Sauce, Apple Cidre and Cream
- Served with sautéed apple and mushrooms
- Green Salad with home-made vinaigrette
- Far breton (Specialty cake from Brittany)
Anne will provide step-by-step explanations, then the apprentices will share the meal they have just been elaborating.
Wine and coffee will be served with the meal.
We plan a 2-hour cooking session, followed by an hour for on-site dining. The class will take place on Sunday, March 6 and on Sunday, March 13. The size of the group is limited to 8 people, reserve your spot today. There are only 3 spots remaining for the March 6 class, and 1 spot remaining for the March 13 class!
The class starts at 3pm, and ends around 6 pm.
