Beyond Beaujolais Nouveau

Le Beaujolais Nouveau is a French tradition, easy to remember since it is always the Thursday before Thanksgiving. Kind of preseason for Holidays. The tasting will focus on wines from the Beaujolais region. Six wines will be part of the tasting, three Beaujolais Nouveaux (from the 2021 harvest), and three "regular" Beaujolais wine, including a rosé. Grapes lovers, this is your day!

The reunion will take place in a large, private room at BrewRiver Creole Kitchen, located on Eastern Av. Food served during the tasting includes homemade chicken liver paté, homemade smoked gouda pimento cheese, and homemade dark chocolate beer brownie.
